*Note: We only recommend the 2″ lowering links for lighter non-aggressive riders as they allow the tire to rub when near bottoming.
Some KLR models from 2004 – 2007 may have a longer shank that do not allow the bolts to tighten to the bearing. If that is the case, we recommend the addition of either a 14 mm split type lock washer or a 15 mm flat washer under the nut of both link mounting bolts.
